On March 15, the TV series "Huajian Ling" was launched on Youku in episode 5. Based on the plot of these 5 episodes, I think the show may not be popular. The reason is simple. In the current TV drama market, there is no shortage of costume idol dramas. What is really lacking are suspense dramas that are good at telling stories. In terms of crime suspense plot, this "Flower Room Order" forcibly reduces the narrative wisdom. Therefore, its reputation is not very good.
Especially the first case at the beginning was originally used to attract the audience and make everyone recognize the narrative wisdom of the plot. However, it turned off a large number of viewers as soon as it came out. Let's take a look at this case.
A wealthy family was wiped out. Rumor has it that evil spirits are killing people. The big boss asked the government to solve the case immediately and find the real culprit. The heroine, as a low-level official in the government, went to the deceased's home to collect the body. Then, the county magistrate began to frame the heroine as the real murderer. Next, the county magistrate ordered someone to beat the heroine in an attempt to make her take the blame.
In other words, with this forcibly subdued start, the audience cannot help but wonder, does the head of this wealthy family still want to really solve the case? If you really think about it, how can a heroine with such an obvious lack of criminal motive take the blame? By the way, is it really okay for the county magistrate to do this? Since he was afraid of the head of this wealthy family, why did he do such low-level things? Can the boss believe that a heroine with no motive for committing the crime is used to take the blame?
Next, of course, the male protagonist comes to save the heroine. This is the approach of a typical costume idol drama. After being rescued, the two continued to investigate the case and were attacked. In the end, the secret part of the case was revealed. There was a problem within the wealthy family, and a person close to the leader committed the crime. The boss killed this bad guy. By the way, the bad guys were vindicated until the end. This boss actually had to arrange a funeral when there was no progress in the case. What kind of intellectual activity is this?
If you think this is the only one, you are obviously underestimating the low IQ of this TV series' narrative. By the way, even in this case with little IQ, the hero and heroine even engaged in a flirtation. Moreover, these scenes were very low-level. The heroine had just been beaten half to death by the county magistrate. Next, she went to investigate the case with the hero, and it was still Night Journey. Is the heroine Sun Wukong? Does the butt belong to Iron Man? Was the bloodstain on his body when he was rescued a joke?
Did you think that was all? Obviously not. When the hero and heroine are flirting, there is also a scene where the heroine goes to fish for a jade pendant in a dirty pool. Next, the heroine goes into the water. By the way, she had just been beaten to pieces. No matter how good our ancient medical technology is, we still know that if there is a skin injury, try not to get it wet. Even with modern science and technology, we know this common sense.
Isn’t the heroine’s buttocks just a buttball? Is it Sun Wukong’s mother, the crack in the stone? When I saw the heroine fishing for a jade pendant in the dirty water and the hero having a good time on the shore, I was sure that this TV series basically lacked the narrative IQ of a suspense drama. On the other hand, it proves that it is just a costume idol drama, but this costume idol drama insists on wearing the hat of a suspense drama.
On this basis, this TV series can only be watched as a costume idol drama. In the later episodes, stories such as "the heroine changes her face" and so on will no longer be able to seduce the audience in a suspenseful way. This type of TV series can really only be fan dramas. It's such a pity that a TV series that could have won by telling stories ended up failing because of its inability to tell stories.
