Due to limited local medical conditions, he could only undergo simple treatment and was urgently transferred to Jishuitan Hospital for treatment. The ambulance rushed to Beijing carrying the injured. When it arrived at the East Second Ring Road, it was already past 3 pm. It was the peak of weekend afternoon travel. There were many cars on the road and they were moving slowly. After receiving the alarm, the municipal public security and traffic control department immediately activated the emergency rescue mechanism, deployed the Dongcheng and Xicheng traffic detachments to prepare for police vehicles to lead the way, and strengthened the traffic flow in the outer ring direction at nodes along the Second Ring Road such as Deshengmenqiao District. After the police from the Dongcheng Traffic Detachment contacted the caller to inquire about the specific location of the ambulance, they immediately deployed the cavalry traffic policeman Gao Fei who was patrolling nearby to respond.

A few minutes later, Gao Fei received an ambulance on the north side of Dongsishitiao Bridge, signaled the driver to follow him, drove his motorcycle to clear the way in front of the ambulance to escort him, and sounded the alarm to prompt other vehicles to give way.

Due to the heavy traffic volume on the main road of the North Second Ring Road, Gao Fei, a cavalry traffic policeman, adjusted his driving route in time, took the ambulance out of the main road of the Second Ring Road at the Yonghegong Bridge of the North Second Ring Road, and moved quickly along the auxiliary road. With the support of the Xicheng detachment cavalry police and the cooperation of various guidance posts along the road, it only took 7 minutes after the police received the ambulance to arrive at the door of the emergency building of the hospital, gaining valuable time for treatment.
