Tianyancha information shows that recently, cases involving name and portrait rights disputes between the well-known actor Huang Bo and Zhensheng (Zhejiang) Trading Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Qinhuang Yuyan Xifeng Wine Marketing Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Xifeng Wine Co., Ltd. have been announced. Notice of court hearing. The case was filed by Huang Bo as the plaintiff and is scheduled for a public hearing on March 6 at the People's Court of Dinghai District, Zhoushan City. On January 6, Xifeng Wine Chairman Zhang Zheng said at the Xifeng Wine Ten Billion Celebration Conference that in 2023, Xifeng Wine’s sales revenue will reach 10.34 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 23%. Among them, the sales of Hongxifeng series products surged by 102% year-on-year, while the sales of products over 100 yuan also achieved a year-on-year growth of 38%. This data also marks that Xifeng Liquor has successfully entered the ranks of liquor companies with revenue of tens of billions.
