Today (8th), Disney announced that two "Star Wars" movies will be released in 2026, namely "Star Wars: The New Jedi" starring Daisy Ridley and "Star Wars: The New Jedi" directed by Jon Favreau. "The Mandalorian and Gu Gu", the two new films come seven years after the last "Star Wars" movie.

Marvel series "Marvel Girls" director Sharmin Obaid-Chinoy will direct "Star Wars: The New Jedi Order", focusing on Daisy Ray Rey, played by Deli, tells the story 15 years after "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker". Rey grapples with the questions of who the Jedi are, what they are doing, and the state of the galaxy as she attempts to rebuild the Jedi Order and fulfill her promise to Luke.
