Before assuming his current position, Zeng Xianfeng was the deputy director of the Sanshui Branch of Foshan Ecological Environment Bureau. In his early years, Zeng Xianfeng served as deputy director of the Sanshui District Law Enforcement Bureau. In 2010, after Foshan City implemented the departmental system reform, he began to serve as deputy director of the Sanshui District Environmental Transportation and Urban Management Bureau, responsible for administrative law enforcement. In 2013, Zeng Xianfeng served as a member of the Party Committee of Lubao Town, Sanshui District, and director of the Lubao Branch of the Sanshui District Environmental Transportation and Urban Management Bureau. In November 2016, Zeng Xianfeng attended the working meeting of the Sanshui District Environmental Protection Committee as the deputy director of the Sanshui District Environmental Protection Bureau. Later, he also served as a member of the party group and deputy director of the Sanshui Bureau of the Foshan Ecological Environment Bureau.
