Our center’s online ticketing system experienced a technical failure due to traffic overload on the evening of February 4, 2024. This resulted in related problems such as lost orders and abnormal deductions. In order to ensure the stability and security of the system, during this period, our center established a ticketing after-sales working group and suspended online ticketing services in a timely manner. Currently, our center has organized a technical team to carry out emergency repairs and improvements, and is actively coordinating solutions with relevant technology suppliers. We will spare no effort to restore the normal operation of the ticketing system as soon as possible.
