Beijing News (Reporter Feng Qi) "Children's songs have a strong educational value. There are relatively few good original children's songs now, and many children sing adult songs..." On January 21, the reporter learned that a member of the CPPCC Education Sector , Liu Hong, a professor at the School of Biological and Medical Engineering at Beihang University, this year’s proposal focuses on the issue of excellent original children’s songs.

Liu Hong pointed out to the Beijing News reporter that the "peak" of excellent children's songs in the 1950s and 1960s and the "prosperity" of the 1980s and 1990s were many of the outstanding works produced by professional songwriters. Hands, they are willing to "write little songs for everyone". Nowadays, the older generation of songwriters who focus on children's song creation have either passed away quietly or are getting old. There are only a handful of middle-aged songwriters who specialize in children's songs. It is even harder to find traces of the younger generation of songwriters who specialize in children's songs. .
"Excellent children's songs that belong to this era and belong to children are scarce. It is difficult for them to find their own songs. The originality of children's songs faces huge impact and challenges. Coupled with the impact of Internet culture and foreign culture, children's way of thinking has changed. People and their words and deeds are gradually being assimilated, and the age that should have been innocent, full of plasticity and curiosity has been replaced by psychological precocity and a 'little adult' appearance," said Liu Hong.
Talking about the current problems faced in improving the originality of children's songs, Liu Hong believes that on the one hand, the professional talent training mechanism is not perfect enough, and the construction of a talent echelon specializing in the creation and dissemination of children's songs has not received enough attention. Second, there is a lack of efficient guidance on the creation, promotion, and evaluation of children's songs. Third, the dissemination efforts are seriously insufficient. The current dissemination channels for children's songs are narrow and lack packaging, creativity and high-quality dissemination platforms.
"The important reason why classic children's songs are classics is that the creators keep up with the pulse of the times, reflect the thoughts and thoughts of young people with the times, and use their works to create emotional resonance and psychological empathy with them. "Liu Hong believes that the current children's song creation still focuses on using adults' inertial thinking to speculate on children's inner world; at the same time, there is a lack of precise promotion mechanism to reward the best and support the best, and the evaluation is too single.
In response to the above problems, Liu Hong put forward three countermeasures and suggestions. The first is the innovative talent training system. She proposed to give full play to the professional advantages and influence of artists within vocational academies in Beijing, discover potential young creative and operational management talents, impart knowledge and experience through workshops and other forms, and track and guide the growth of talents. At the same time, relying on the Beijing Culture and Art Fund, in the annual talent training projects, we appropriately tilt the training direction of children's song professional talents, strengthen the professional creation, operation and management team of children's songs. In addition, we strive to build a talent training system for school-enterprise collaboration. Give full play to the advantages of local universities in Beijing in serving the development of the cultural industry and cultivate the comprehensive talents needed for children's song creation.
In terms of creative guidance and evaluation methods, Liu Hong suggested that we should guide accurate creation for the audience, center on the spiritual and aesthetic needs of contemporary teenagers, observe life and create works from their perspective, and actively grasp the feedback from children's song consumer groups, through Questionnaires, interviews, etc., accurately locate the works and formats that young people expect and are passionate about, and enhance the supply of effective and highly matching songs. At the same time, we will increase efforts to support high-quality products and create high-quality projects, such as implementing a high-quality signing system for children's songs. In addition, it is necessary to construct a "three-in-one" evaluation system of social benefits, economic benefits, and word-of-mouth benefits.
Liu Hong also suggested optimizing and broadening communication channels. Use various forms of communication media to expand the channels for promoting children's songs. For example, increase the proportion of children's songs promoted on radio, television, the Internet, and mobile media, and increase the visibility of children's songs in public spaces, such as subway stations, shopping malls, and tourist attractions. Secondly, expand communication channels with the times, such as promoting children's songs through UGC mode in the form of short videos, live broadcasts, etc., to attract fans to participate in interaction, communication, topic discussions, etc.
