According to Fang Shaoqiang, the general director of the party, the party will set up three themed scene stages in Nanning, namely the Guangxi ethnic long table banquet stage, the Southeast Asian style stage, and the urban new fashion stage. The performance includes both traditional Chinese intangible cultural heritage New Year customs and new national trends and new fashions; it includes both the rich and colorful multi-ethnic culture of Guangxi and the colorful customs of ASEAN countries. In addition, the party will also extend the stage overseas, recording programs in Malaysia, Kazakhstan, Canada and other countries, achieving multi-national program linkage, stage linkage and host linkage.

Miao Maoqin, a Burmese international student at Guangxi University, participated in the recording of the party as an audience. "This is a very 'international' stage, and the program is very exciting. Nanning is China’s closest provincial capital city to ASEAN and an important node city that is organically connected to the “Belt and Road” construction.
