On December 1, the first train of the Shanghai Rail Transit Municipal Airport Link Line rolled off the assembly line at CRRC Changke.
This is my country's first urban C-type train, with a maximum operating speed of 160km/h. It has the characteristics of advanced intelligence, safety and comfort, public transportation operation, and good appearance. It realizes the perfect combination of high-speed rail technology and urban rail transit operation mode. In the long run, It has broad application prospects in urban railway projects in the Triangle and even across the country.
1, intelligent advanced
intelligent driving. For the first time in the field of domestic urban trains, the train has realized functions such as automatic return, automatic station reporting, and linkage with platform screen doors in CTCS2+ATO mode.
smart service. The train has functions such as intelligent lighting adjustment, intelligent pressure wave adjustment, wireless charging, and intelligent calculation of the number of passengers, providing considerate services for passengers during travel.
intelligent monitoring. The train monitors key indicators including the running section, pantograph and vehicle operating performance, and ensures operational safety through technologies such as track monitoring and active obstacle detection.
intelligent operation and maintenance. The train applies fault prediction and health management system (PHM) and uses big data technology to protect the train.
2, public transportation operation
flexible grouping. The train can realize multiple operating modes such as 4-car marshalling, 4+4 multiplex marshalling, and fixed 8-car marshalling. It is the first time in China that the train length design such as the head car and the middle car is adopted, so that multiple operating modes can run in parallel.
large passenger capacity. The 4-train train can carry a maximum of 1,016 passengers, and the 8-train train can carry a maximum of 2,180 passengers. In order to meet the needs of public transportation operations, the car body carrying capacity meets 8 people/㎡.
3, safe and comfortable
has high security level. The train meets the 25km/h collision safety requirements. The car body structure follows the technical platform of Fuxing EMU, meets the strength standard of high-speed EMU, and meets the fatigue load strength of 10 million times. The bogie is based on the Fuxing EMU technology platform and has the characteristics of advanced, mature, safe and reliable.
Comfort level is excellent. The train is based on the high-speed rail technology platform, and its stability and comfort indicators have reached excellent levels. The interior noise during operation is less than 72dB(A), which is better than the industry standard. The entire vehicle is more airtight. The time it takes for 2600Pa to drop to 1000Pa is more than 40 seconds, which can maintain the stability of the air pressure in the vehicle and provide passengers with a comfortable ride experience. .
4, high-looking
The train design scheme incorporates Shanghai’s characteristic elements. The vehicles adopt a blue and flexible curved appearance with gold embellishments, just like a curved river passing through the city, complementing each other and fully displaying the characteristics of Shanghai city. The front of the car adopts a large streamlined outline design and is equipped with diamond-shaped headlights. It looks like a spirited dragon rising across the river, highlighting the vitality of the city.
The train adopts a fresh blue color that echoes inside and outside, and is spread on the seats and floors, giving people a quiet and soothing riding environment. The colorful strip light design on the top gives passengers a sense of flow through the city. Combined with the gradient lights on both sides and the characteristic lights of the luggage cabinets, it creates a strong sense of technology. Part of the vehicle's interior adopts a color-blocking design to increase the visual hierarchy of the vehicle and enhance the passenger's riding experience.
