The first standard project of Wangxia Pavement constructed by Gansu Road and Bridge, with a total length of 41.595 kilometers, starts at Wangtang Village, Wanggertang Town, Xiahe County, and ends at Sangke Village, Sangke Township. The whole line adopts the standard construction of two-way four-lane expressway, with a design speed of 80 km/h.
