The official poster of the 33rd Tokyo International Film Festival |
1905. The poster uses cherry blossoms under the blue sky as the main element. In adversity, the blooming cherry blossoms convey hope and are full of a sense of prosperity. The
poster was created by creative director Hiroshi Sasaki, art director Akihiro Hama, and famous photographer and film director Mika Ninagawa. The organizing committee hopes to invigorate the spirit through the film during this special period, and convey a touch of refreshment. Although it is already autumn, we still hope that everyone enjoys the film festival like enjoying the cherry blossoms in spring, raising their heads and looking to the sky.
