New Taipei City will enter a three-stage water restriction measure for five stops from April 1. Mayor Zhu Lilun yesterday asked all units to treat emergency water dispatch as a combat plan. Tucheng and Yingge are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, and Linkou is closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays, while Xinzhuang, Shulin, Banqiao Xikun areas and Mount Tai are closed on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
