On March 21, the 2018 China Real Estate Development Enterprise Top 500 Evaluation Results Conference was held in Beijing. A series of evaluation lists such as "2018 China's Top 500 Real Estate Development Enterprises" and "Top 500 Real Estate Companies' Preferred Supplier Service Provider Brands" were announced. The evaluation work is co-sponsored by the China Real Estate Association and the China Real Estate Evaluation Center of Shanghai E-House Real Estate Research Institute and has been carried out for ten consecutive years.
There are a total of 8 real estate companies in Jilin. They are Jilin Dazhong Real Estate Co., Ltd. (ranked 150), Changchun Xinxingyu Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (ranked 195), Changchun Guoxin Investment Group Co., Ltd. (ranked 219), Changchun Wanlong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (ranked 224), Liwang Group Co., Ltd. (ranked 233), Jilin Yatai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. (ranked 265), Changchun Economic Development (Group) Co., Ltd. (ranked 373), Changchun Haobang Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd. (ranked 417). At the
meeting, Ding Zuyu, director of China Real Estate Evaluation Center and CEO of E-House (China) Enterprise Group, released the evaluation results of the 2018 China Real Estate Top 500.
Ding Zuyu summarized the following characteristics for this top 500 evaluation.

companies on the list are relatively stable among the top ten and twenty, and the list of the top 100 has changed a lot. Looking back over the past ten years, there are 25 companies on the list ten times in a row, and about 70 companies on the list more than five times. There are 12 companies on the top 100 list for the first time this year. Every year, there will be some lagging or slower growth. The slower one is replaced by some faster-growing real estate companies.
The top 500 sales scale also created a new high. In 2017, the total sales area of commercial housing of the top 500 companies reached 640 million square meters, and the sales amount reached a new high of 8.5 trillion yuan, an increase of 34.7% year-on-year. Among the specific real estate companies, 17 companies broke through 100 billion, each of the three leading real estate companies has exceeded 500 billion.
