1. Selection and transfer plan and position information

2. Selection objects and scope

3. Qualifications

(1) Basic conditions

4. Selection methods and procedures

Public selection is conducted through interviews and is conducted in accordance with procedures such as announcement, registration, qualification review, interview, inspection, public announcement, and transfer. Registration is required to provide information:

(1) The original and copy of my valid "Resident Identity Card";

(2) I truthfully fill in the "Puding County Media Center 2024 Public Selection Staff Registration Form" (subject to the unit where you work) Signed and agreed by the main responsible comrade and stamped with the official seal of the Party Committee (Party Group)) in triplicate, 3 recent one-inch frontal photos with white background without hat;

(3) Certification materials issued by the party organization where the organizational relationship is located;

There is no registration fee for this public selection.

2. Qualification review

Puding County Media Center is responsible for reviewing the registration applications submitted by the applicants, promptly reviewing the submitted application information to confirm whether the applicants are qualified and providing feedback to the applicants. Qualification review runs through the entire process of open selection and transfer, and those who are found to be unqualified at any stage will be immediately disqualified. Applicants are responsible for the registration information. Anyone who commits fraud will be immediately disqualified once verified.

(3) Admission ticket issuance

After successful registration, candidates can go to the county media center office from 9:00 to 18:00 on November 26 to collect the interview admission ticket with their valid resident ID cards. If the time is exceeded, they will be automatically given up.

(4) Interview

This selection will be conducted using a structured interview method. The interview time and location will be subject to the information on the admission ticket. The interview scores are calculated on a percentage scale and are organized and implemented by the County Media Center with “unified propositions, unified time, and unified location”. The full interview score is 100 points, and the minimum passing score is set at 70 points. The interview scores will be announced on site. Job interview scores are ranked from high to low, and candidates for the next link are determined in a 1:1 ratio. Candidates must have an interview score of 70 points or above before they can proceed to the next stage. Candidates who do not attend the interview will be disqualified from entering the next stage.

The interview examiner group consists of 7 examiners. The interview time is 15 minutes and must be completed within the specified time limit. The examiner will mark the test on site. The highest score and the lowest score will be removed from the score. The average score will be the candidate's interview score. The interview score will be rounded to two decimal places.

(5) Inspection and Publicity

According to the order of interview scores from high to low, the candidates to be inspected and the number of selection plans will be determined at a ratio of 1:1 to enter the inspection link, and the results will be announced in the Pudingrong Media Center and Pudingrong Media WeChat public No. to be announced. If the inspection result is unqualified, the qualification to enter the next link will be cancelled, and the inspection will be made in sequence according to the overall ranking order.

The inspection work was carried out by an inspection team composed of 2 personnel sent by the Puding County Integrated Media Center. The inspection team used methods such as individual interviews, democratic assessment, review of information and personnel files of cadres, and interviews with the inspection subjects to evaluate the morality, ability, and diligence of the candidates. Conduct comprehensive inspections on performance, integrity, and job compatibility, and strengthen inspections on political quality.

After the inspection, Puding County Media Center comprehensively inspected the situation and determined the list of candidates to be transferred based on the ratio of 1:1 between the candidates to be transferred and the number of transfer plans. The list of candidates to be transferred will be publicized at the Puding County Media Center and the unit where the person to be transferred is located. The publicity period is 5 working days.

(6) If the transfer

public notice period expires and there is no response or there is a response that does not affect the selection after investigation, the transfer approval procedure shall be reported to the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau in accordance with the prescribed procedures and cadre management authority. During the process of selection and transfer procedures, if the selection and transfer procedures are not completed within the time limit due to the reasons of the candidate or the candidate's unit, the candidate shall bear the corresponding consequences.

During the publicity period, if it is found that there are problems affecting the selection, the selection qualification will be cancelled, and the selection will be made up in the order of comprehensive scores from high to low. If the reported problems are difficult to verify at the moment, the relevant procedures will be postponed until they are verified and handled in accordance with regulations.

5. Other matters

The selection and transfer work is subject to disciplinary inspection and supervision from all walks of life. This selection and transfer work is carried out under the joint leadership and supervision of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Team of the Bureau of Culture, Sports, Radio, Television and Tourism, the Propaganda Department of the Puding County Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Puding County Media Center.
