Lei Jiayin won the Best Actor Award for his role as prosecutor Han Ming in " Article 20". His competitors include Wang Yibo (" enthusiastic "), Shen Teng (" flying life 2"), Lin Baoyi (" under the day "), Jinba ("Snow Leopard"), Peng Yuchang ("") Let’s shake the sun together”).

Therefore, it is also known as the "Expert Award" for Chinese films. This year's Golden Rooster Award is sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the China Film Association, and the Xiamen Municipal People's Government. A total of 251 films were submitted, and the participating films were all from July 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024. Films that have obtained a public release license.
