The micro-film took more than 180 days from planning to production. In the film, many doctors including Zhang Wenhong, director of the Department of Infectious Diseases of Huashan Hospital, and deputy director Wang Xinyu participated in the film for the first time. "Most of the actors are young medical staff from the Department of Infectious Diseases of Huashan Hospital and are not professional actors. In order to ensure the professionalism and accuracy of the content, we invited a number of expert consultants to strictly control the scientific nature of the film."
