Xinhua News Agency, Changchun, August 24 (Reporters Zhao Dandan and Li Dian) In June 1979, the movie "The Gunshots of the Secret Bureau " produced by Changchun Film Studio was released nationwide. At that time, a movie ticket only cost 3 cents. Even so, this film still created a box office "myth" of 180 million yuan, with a total of 600 million people watching the movie. On the eve of the opening of the 19th China Changchun Film Festival, the reporter interviewed Jin Deshun, one of the screenwriters of the movie "Gunshots from the Security Bureau", and listened to the story of the movie told by the veteran filmmaker.

htmlThe 180-year-old Jin Deshun officially entered Changying in 1970 and has worked in the film and television drama industry for 54 years. He participated in "The Gunshots of the Security Bureau", "The Story That Shouldn't Happen", "Moonlight Speechless" and "Moonlight Speechless" as a screenwriter and director. He has produced more than 50 film and television dramas such as "Desolate Houtu" and "Hey, Brother", and has won many awards such as the National Outstanding Film Award, Hundred Flowers Award, Golden Rooster Special Award, and Feitian Award.

When talking about "Gunshots of the Security Bureau", Jin Deshun recalled that after the film was released, many cinemas started showing it at 4 a.m. every day and continued to show it until 12 midnight. The venues were full and some people watched it several times.

Jin Deshun believes that the presentation of a good film cannot be separated from the close cooperation of various departments such as director, actors, camera, service staff, etc., but having a good script is the key prerequisite. "Script, script, the foundation of a play. Without a good script as a foundation, no matter how good the director is, it will be difficult to make a classic film." And how to create a good script requires hard work and real effort.

Jin Deshun recalled that although the novel was used as a basis for the script creation of "Gunshots from the Secret Bureau", it was just a framework. In order to collect more comprehensive and detailed information at the time, he and another screenwriter Zheng Quan visited Chongqing , Beijing, Wuhan, Nanjing, Shanghai and many other cities. In Chongqing, they met Zhang Ruifang, a revolutionary senior who had actually worked in the underground party. Her narration added many vivid and real details to the script creation. In the Shanghai Archives, the real deeds of an underground party member made them decide to add a supporting character in the script that left a deep impression on the audience-Lao San Chang Liang.

With sufficient and detailed information as a basis, Zheng Quan and Jin Deshun began to immerse themselves in creation in Qingdao. They stayed there for two months. "We were so close to the beach at the time that we didn't have time to go and see it." Jin Deshun said.

What should we pursue in film script writing? Jin Deshun summarized six points, which are "true", "deep", "beautiful", "emotion", "new" and "odd". Jin Deshun believes that to write a good script, first of all, the theme must be positive and healthy, secondly, the emotions must be written well, and the human touch must be fully written. Finally, the screenwriter must have unique insights into life and be good at observing, understanding and understanding life. Refine life, because life is the source of creation.

Recently, Changying has created "Changying's 100 Red Classic Movies and Radio Dramas". "Gunshots of the Secret Bureau" has been broadcast online as the first work and has been welcomed by the public.
