As Beijing's general manufacturing companies vacated and dispersed, in 2017, the "Shuangyifa" on Taihupuwai Road removed the sign of the meat product factory, and began to transform the industrial layout planning around Taihu Town's "performing arts + technology". Shentaihu Performing Arts Town is the first professional district-level cultural and creative park with the core of creating a performing arts ecology. In March 2023, the Shuangyifa Performing Arts Center and Moonlight Grove Love Theater in the park were officially opened for operation. Shuangyifa International Cultural and Creative Park is not alone. Speaking of the layout of the performing arts in the city's sub-center, Taihu performing arts are gathered in multiple locations such as the Shuangyifa International Cultural and Creative Park, Taihu Performing Arts Workshop, and the National Center for the Performing Arts Taihu Stage Art Center.
