"The Strange Stories of the Tang Dynasty: Journey to the West" The case of Tongtian Xi has come to an end, and the plot twists and turns again and again.
I have been scolding Long Fa before, but after reading it, I found that the person who deserves to be scolded the most is actually Linghu Shuo.
Although the "Tongtian Rhinoceros" case has come to an end, there are still three major unanswered questions in the play.
1. A perfunctory answer
When Su Wuming revealed Ami's identity, he said, "As for how Linghu Shuo lured Longfa into gambling and set up a trap for him to lose everything, I don't need to go into these details..."
When I heard this sentence, I felt a little disappointed. I kept thinking, tell me, tell me, there are still many details I don’t know?
But in the play, Su Wuming summarized these details in one sentence.
I always feel that there must be something going on between Linghu Shuo and Long Fa that has not been discovered.
But the narrator is Su Wuming, and all his words are based on speculations, but the drama team believes that his guesses are all facts.
This is difficult to handle.
Narrating what happened through a third-person narrative perspective must not be comprehensive. Therefore, it is not only the above "details" that are omitted, but also many minutiae...
The second and third major doubts have not been answered
" In the case of "Tongtian Rhino", I always feel that there are still details that have not been explained thoroughly, and the logic line is also very strange. Many places are not explained clearly. I don't know if it was edited or the screenwriter forgot.
1. Who was responsible for Ami’s injuries?
Cao Shuangli and Ami were chatting in the room. At this time, there were two long and three short knocks on the door. Cao Shuangli asked her, who is here? Ah Mi said that it was Longfa who was back.
After Cao Shuangli heard what Ah Mi said, he quickly jumped out of the window and left. He went to find Su Wuming and said that Long Fa would beat Ah Mi to death and asked them to rescue her quickly.
After Su Wuming, Yingying and others arrived at the scene, they found Ah Mi beaten and covered in blood in a corner. Ah Mi said that Long Fa had come back and beat her like this.
However, the two long and three short knocks on the door did not come from Longfa, but from Linghu Shuo. If it was Linghu Shuo who knocked on the door, what about the injury on Ami's body?
If the injuries on her body were caused by Linghu Shuo, then why would she trust someone who hurt her again and again?
Even if he beat her black and blue in order to deceive others, a person who has been treated sincerely by Longfa would not be able to tell whether he is sincerely caring or pretending to take advantage of her?
2. When did Ah Mi join the Taiyin Society?
The Taiyin Society was annihilated eighteen years ago, and only Ami left sitting on the back of Tongtianxi. There was no news about the Taiyin Society for the next fifteen years, and it did not reappear until three years ago.
The reappearance of the Taiyin Society must have found Ami, the young president. With her, the Taiyin Society can grow again and become famous.
But according to the timeline in the play, Ah Mi wanted to kill Long Fat only a few days ago.
A few days ago, Ah Mi went to the service hall to find the steward and said that he would pay to find a killer. The purpose was to kill Longfa. The service hall introduced him to a member of the Taiyin Society.
However, before this congregation could kill Long Fa, they had bad thoughts towards her. In broad daylight, they even wanted to be scornful of him. Fortunately, Linghu Shuo helped her to escape.
It was Linghu Shuo's help that made Ah Mi admit his identity as the president of the Taiyin Society and officially appear as the president of the Taiyin Society.
But this timeline is full of weirdness.
Could it be said that Ah Mi became the president of the Taiyin Society for only a few days? Then why did she tell Linghu Shuo, "Long time no see", and also said she thought he would never come?
3. If Ami can drive wild beasts, why can’t he survive in the mountains?
In the two recently updated episodes, Ah Mi demonstrated his astonishing ability to control beasts.
She can use the whistle to summon the Tongtian Rhinoceros deep in the Taiyin Mountain, let it appear in front of her, and also let the Tongtian Rhinoceros carry her away.
Not only could she control it herself, she could also pass on the method of controlling the Tongtian Rhinoceros to Linghu Shuo, and crush Linghu Shuo when he competed with her for control of the Tongtian Rhinoceros.
What's more important is that Ami's beast control technique is not only aimed at the Tongtian Rhinoceros, but can also be used by the Eagle for his own use.
When Ah Mi was locked up in the cell, there were two eagles communicating with her outside. One eagle broke the railing on the window with its own life to help her escape, and the other eagle carried her away.
If she could control birds and beasts, why did she lose her ability to survive after her adoptive father fell ill? You can completely control birds and beasts for your own use.
Since she can control birds and beasts, why did she go to the office to hire a killer if she wanted to kill Longfa? If he couldn't just force a venomous snake to bite him, why would he use this method that could leave clues?
Conclusion
I have to say that the "Tongtian Rhinoceros" case ended in a hurry, and there are still several major doubts in the play that have not been answered.
I always feel that Ami’s departure is because the screenwriter is laying the groundwork for the future plot. Ami has the ability to control beasts and is the daughter of the president of the Taiyin Society.
If anyone wants to cause trouble in the future, as long as he finds her and calls the Taiyin Society members in her name, or lets her be used for his own purposes, then the "Taiyin Society" designation will still make a comeback.
