Yan Honghong, Tianshui City Taxation Bureau, State Administration of Taxation Head of Honghong Studio. With 32 years of experience in the front lines of taxation, from tax offices to agencies, from inspections to halls, she has taken innovation as her wing to lead service upgrades. She promotes "come and enjoy", sets up rights protection rooms, implements "one-window processing" and "contactless" tax processing, and solves taxpayers' worries.
In 2022, "Yan Honghong Studio" was established, bringing together 9 model workers and 29 innovative backbones throughout the Tianshui tax network to improve service quality and efficiency.
