The center of Typhoon "Gemei" at 5 o'clock this morning was located on the northeastern sea of the Taiwan Strait about 110 kilometers southeast of Pingtan County, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, my country, at 25.0 degrees north latitude and 120.8 degrees east longitude.
