In the 2025/26 concert season, Pedagoski will serve as the Music Director-designate of the Hong Kong Philharmonic.

Pedogowsky. Born in 2000, he began studying with Finnish conductor Panula at the age of fourteen and studied with Oram at the Sibelius Academy.

In January 2022, Pedagoski was appointed as the principal guest conductor of the Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen, becoming the first conductor to hold this position in the orchestra's 42-year history. In May 2022, Pedagoski was appointed as the music and artistic director of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra. In August 2022, at the age of 22, he completed the first performance of Wagner's "Ring" tetralogy in his music career at the Oura River Bel Canto Music Festival. In the 2024/25 season, he will serve as the music director-elect of the Toulouse Municipal House Orchestra, and will become the orchestra's music director from the 2025/26 season.

In June 2023, at the finale concert of the HK Phil’s 2022/23 season, Pedagoski set foot on the HK Phil stage for the first time, conducting Sibelius’s “Ode to Finland” and Tchaikovsky’s “Violin Concerto” , Shostakovich's "Tenth Symphony".

On July 5th and 6th, 2024, he will conduct the Hong Kong Philharmonic's 2023/24 "Season Finale: Pedgorski and Zhao Chengzhen" concert, and the tickets have been sold out. On September 5th and 6th, 2024, he will also conduct the Hong Kong Philharmonic’s 2024/25 “Season Opening: Pedagosky and Rosa Gaudit” concert. Both programs were held at the Hong Kong Cultural Center Concert Hall.
