On June 30, 2024, the Xicheng District Culture and Tourism Bureau and the National Center for the Performing Arts jointly held the "Listening to Midsummer" indoor concert at the Yinglan International Financial Center.
This cultural performance was rich in content, beautiful in melody, and elegant in style. Performers from the National Center for the Performing Arts Orchestra performed several string quartets live, including the famous classical music songs "The Blue Danube" and "Fantasy", and opera excerpts "The Duke's Song" "Drinking Song", ethnic works "Yao Dance" and "Senji Dema", romantic classics "Butterfly Butterfly" and "One Step Away"... The bows and strings intersect, classical and modern blend, and the beautiful melody slowly spreads .
The children of the National Center for the Performing Arts Children’s Art Class presented children’s choruses of “Jasmine Flower”, “Dear Traveler”, “Light and Glass”, “Wishful Enlightenment” and recital performances of “I Love Mother Earth” and “Ode to the Defenders of the Motherland”. The sound echoes like the sound of nature, conveying infinite beauty and hope.
Chinese and foreign famous songs allow people to feel the charm of art and enjoy the beauty of art; familiar classics make people immersed in the scene and unconsciously indulge in it; fresh and original poems are full of innocence and childishness, reflecting the childish heart. Cultural performances have created a strong cultural atmosphere in the Financial Street area.
