At this press conference, Sanyuan, the National Maternal and Infant Dairy Health Engineering Technology Research Center and Kantar Worldpanel jointly released the "2024 China Fresh Milk White Paper", proposing new standards for "fresh" nutrition. The

white paper shows that 83.9% of the respondents pay more attention to high calcium claims and protein content claims when choosing white milk categories. From 2021 to 2023, the sales of low-temperature fresh milk to households in first- to fifth-tier cities across the country will increase from 10.267 billion yuan to 10.609 billion yuan; the proportion of low-temperature fresh milk in the overall liquid milk will increase from 5% in 2018 to 2023 of 6.6%, and will further increase to 7% by March 2024. The national low-temperature fresh milk penetration rate increased from 28% in March 2018 to 39% in March 2024.
