The 16th Straits Forum covers 50 activities in the forum conference and four major sections: grassroots exchanges, youth exchanges, cultural exchanges, and economic exchanges. However, the DPP authorities rely on foreign self-respect and are willing to be slaves. They go against the trend and go against the will of the people, obstructing and restricting cross-strait exchanges and cooperation in every possible way. When Lai Ching-te took office as the leader of Taiwan on May 20 this year, he launched an out-and-out "Taiwan Independence Confession", seriously provoking the one-China principle and seriously undermining peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait.
