According to relevant news reports, on May 15, local time, an accident occurred on the tarmac of Jakarta Airport, Indonesia, on a Transnusa Airlines A320 (registration number pk-tlb). The ground staff on the apron had just evacuated the passenger elevator car when another ground staff on board walked out of the unclosed hatch without realizing the gap in front and fell from a height of 3 meters.
