According to previous reports, Beijing Shizhishang Advertising Co., Ltd. applied to the Beijing Arbitration Commission for property preservation on September 13, 2022, requesting that the bank deposit of 9.01 million yuan of the respondent Xidong Music (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. be frozen or sealed or seized property of corresponding value. After review, the court found that the applicant's application complied with relevant legal provisions and ruled to implement it.
