Li Jiachao welcomed Minister Wang Xiaoping and his delegation to visit Hong Kong to attend a series of activities of the "Hong Kong·Global Talent Summit". He said that "grabbing and retaining talents" is one of the policy priorities of the current SAR government. These include the "interest-free principal repayment" plan launched at the beginning of the epidemic, which benefited 19,000 small and medium-sized enterprises.
