Article 3 of the "Interpretation on Several Issues Concerning the Application of Laws in Handling Criminal Cases of Theft" issued by the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate on April 2, 2013: Any theft three or more times within 2 years shall be deemed as "multiple thefts." The criminal suspect Wu Moumou has repeatedly stolen other people's property. His behavior violated the criminal law. The criminal facts are clear and the evidence is reliable and sufficient, which constitutes the crime of theft.
On April 17 this year, the Xiling District People’s Procuratorate launched a public prosecution and the criminal suspect Wu Moumou was sentenced to ten months in prison, suspended for one year, and fined RMB 1,500. At present, the relevant judgment has taken effect.
