Film and television companies have intensive creative and shooting activities in Beijing, and the demand for services is urgent.
At the beginning of this year, Beijing issued "Several Measures to Promote the High-Quality Development of the Capital Film and Television Industry in the New Era", which clearly proposed to further improve the film and television shooting service guarantee mechanism and increase the intensity of film and television creation and production services. This event is to promote An important sign that the policy is effective. At the
meeting, the responsible comrades of the municipal-level film and television shooting service agencies introduced the main contents of Beijing’s film and television shooting service mechanism. In the future, film and television shooting services will be accepted and undertaken through the urban two-level film and television shooting service agencies. At the municipal level, the Beijing Film and Television Production Service Center was established, relying on the working forces of the Municipal Film Bureau and the Municipal Radio, Film and Television Bureau as a socially oriented municipal film and television production service organization; at the district level, the docking departments and special staff were clearly defined. The two urban-level agencies jointly provide information consulting services and shooting coordination services to film and television production units.
There are 58 film and television specialty parks in Chaoyang District.
At the meeting, Chaoyang District, Haidian District, Tongzhou District, and Huairou District promoted the characteristic film and television resources and related supporting service policies in their territories.
Chaoyang District is the area with the highest concentration of film and television companies in Beijing. Among the 100 cultural industrial parks in Chaoyang District, there are 58 film and television specialty parks, accounting for more than half. Each park has more than 400 professional film and television supporting resources such as shooting studios and recording studios, with a total area of more than 40,000 square meters, realizing efficient connection of film and television works in shooting, production, review, screening and other aspects. According to incomplete statistics, nearly 500 film and television dramas such as "All the way to Chaoyang", "Xiao Min's Family" and "Welcome to Maile Village" have been filmed in Chaoyang District. Chaoyang District has formulated the "Work Plan for Chaoyang District to Build a World-class Film and Television Production Base (2023-2025)" and launched the "Chaoyang District Film and Television Shooting Service Manual".
Relying on the historical, cultural and university resources in the district, Haidian District established the first batch of film and television shooting resource lists, including Haidian's key universities, 11 municipal cultural industry parks, historical and cultural parks, etc., and established a film and television service center to build Establish a district-level rapid acceptance and approval mechanism for film and television shooting.
Tongzhou District has established a film and television shooting service mechanism.
Tongzhou District has established a district-level special working group to ensure film and television shooting services in order to encourage and support film crews to shoot in the sub-center, establish a film and television shooting service mechanism, and further smoothen the rapid linkage channels. A film and television shooting service window was set up in Ziguang vid audio-visual industrial park, and the "Beijing City Sub-center Film and Television Shooting Service Manual" was also produced, selecting more than 100 shooting spots from 17 aspects such as city landmarks, historical sites, tourist attractions, dynamic businesses, and public facilities. for reference by film and television creative teams.
Huairou District, as a national film and television industry demonstration zone, has attracted more than 1,700 film and television cultural enterprises to settle in, and has produced more than 4,000 film and television works. Promote the establishment of the country's first international film and television production service center, fully implement the "crew registration" system, and have dedicated personnel responsible for and full assistance. Since 2021, the film carnival unit of the Beijing International Film Festival has received nearly one million tourists, attracting citizens to come to Huairou to taste slow life and experience micro-tourism.
