In fact, as early as the evening of April 19, the town's three-prevention office was always paying attention to the changes in water levels and the safety of the villagers, until the district's three-prevention headquarters activated the Beijiang Embankment Sanshui District Level III emergency response for flood disaster prevention in the defensive section. In view of the fact that some residents in the island were not aware of the serious flood control situation and were unwilling to evacuate, under the leadership of the main leaders of the town, staff from the Liuzhai and Xihe village committees were divided into three groups to jointly investigate the villagers living in Lubaozhou.
