The Youth Department of the People's Party is expected to hold a youth political symposium at the end of March, arranging the People's Party Chairman Ke Wenzhe and Secretary-General Zhou Yuxiu to talk with young people, focusing on three major themes including "the gains and losses of Taiwan's leader election." In this regard, Shen Zhengnan, a doctor who often comments on current affairs in Taiwan, bluntly said that the Kuomintang's "failure" lies in the failure of the "Blue and White Cooperation".

The People's Party mentioned on Facebook yesterday (20th) that the Youth Department of the People's Party will hold "Public Opinion Gathering - Youth Political Forum" in New Taipei and Kaohsiung areas on March 30 and March 31 respectively. Focusing on three themes, including: 1. Discussing the gains and losses of the People's Party in the 2024 Taiwan leadership election from the perspective of youth; 2. Young people's positioning of the People's Party as a political party and how to move towards "governing"; 3. From the perspective of youth, From the perspective of youth participation in politics, we look at the current operation of the People’s Party and how it meets the expectations of young people.

In this regard, Shen Zhengnan said on Facebook today (21st) that "reviewing the gains and losses of Taiwan's leader election" means losses, and this is not the first time that Ke Wenzhe has expressed his intention to review after the election. Shen Zhengnan, the "loss" comes from the five words "blue and white team up to break the game". He further said that more than two months after the election, Ke's voice has declined significantly. The People's Party, which does not divide the people, has become the focus of everyone's attention, but judging from recent polls, their performance is the lowest rated among the three parties. If there had been a "Blue and White" alliance and Ko had been the deputy leader of Taiwan, everything would have been different.

Shen Zhengnan believes that the distribution of party strength in the 2026 and 2028 elections does not seem to change much. Ke Wenzhe's influence is still there, but he cannot overturn the blue and green sectors. Therefore, the best development strategy is still "blue and white".

"Politics is definitely not about 'fighting once without hesitation.'" Shen Zhengnan said bluntly that if the theory proves to be unworkable, it must be revised and revised again, but one must believe in the theory rather than act based on intuition and prejudice.
