This film festival is sponsored by the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles, the Chinese Embassy in Brazil, the Chinese Consulate General in Rio de Janeiro, the Brazilian Rio State Department of Culture and Creative Economy, and the Chinese Film Association, China Film Group Corporation, and the Brazilian Shanhe Cultural Promotion Hosted by the center.
