On January 17, the third campus legal culture festival of Songjiang District Minle School concluded. At the closing ceremony, a simulated public interest litigation drama written and directed by students was eye-catching, showing the epitome of the school's rule of law campus construction that guides students to learn, understand, understand and use the law.
The sitcom tells the story of Li Yifan, a minor who is addicted to a popular mobile game and secretly binds his parents’ bank cards to charge game currency, resulting in huge consumption. After being discovered, the parents sued the game company to return the money spent online. During the performance, the prosecutor, clerk, Li Yifan, Li Yifan’s parents, game company legal affairs, and hearing examiners played by students from Class 7 (4) appeared on stage, simulating the prosecutorial hearing process.
Pan Wendong, the vice principal of Minle School, said that before arranging the sitcom, the students collected some common legal issues around them, such as "Can minors get their money back after mistakenly recharging games?" "Venturers selling carrot knives around the school Does the behavior violate the law?" "What should I do if I encounter bullying by classmates in class?" etc. The school incorporated these issues into a list of project-based learning driving issues and moral education topics, and classified them into legal education courses.
It is worth mentioning that in order to create a strong campus legal education atmosphere, this year’s Rule of Law Culture Festival also launched the “I Draw Campus Rule of Law Mascot” collection activity, and received a total of 69 submissions. After a public vote, the mythical beast created by Feng Yiran from Class 6 (2) was finally selected as the mascot and named "Fafa".
Xie Hongxin, the principal of Minle School, said that as one of the first experimental schools in the country's Collaborative Innovation Center for Juvenile Rule of Law Education, in recent years, the school has built a campus rule of law observation network with teachers, parents, students, legal advisors, and rule of law observers as the core to actively listen to calls for the rule of law. , solicit suggestions on the rule of law and promote the continuous improvement of school governance according to law. Nowadays, in addition to every Morality and Rule of Law teacher in the school following up on a Rule of Law Day practice activity every semester and taking a school-based course on "Being Reasonable and Upholding the Law", legal education classes for parents are also carried out on campus on a regular basis.
