After Yoo Ah-in was spared arrest twice during the prosecutorial investigation stage, the Serious Case Investigation Department of the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office launched a non-arrest prosecution on October 19 last year on suspicion of violating the Narcotics Control Act.
