According to the facts ascertained by administrative regulatory measures, Shanghai Zhonglu (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhonglu Group), the controlling shareholder of Zhonglu Co., Ltd., implemented the "Centralized Management of Funds" on January 1, 2012.
