2024 Cyndi Wang’s Sugar High World Tour Concert will kick off in Shenzhen on January 13th. This is also Cyndi Wants Tour’s second visit to Shenzhen after a lapse of seven years in 2017.
After seven years of absence, Cyndi Wang sang the first single "Emotional" from her new album. Fans at the Shenzhen station also responded with greater enthusiasm, singing from the opening "Baby Boy" to the closing song "When You", turning the entire concert into a giant KTV. Cyndi Wang was in perfect condition under the influence of the audience, and even said bluntly, "Shenzhen and I are really destined!"
As the hot single in the new album, "Emotional" was widely praised when it was first released last year. This song is also another ballad after "The Great Sleep". At the Shenzhen concert, Cyndi Wang also carefully arranged the two songs together. The two popular lyrical singles were sung in succession, which also made the audience feel more immersed and involved.
At the Shenzhen concert, as soon as the last note of "The Great Sleep" fell, the stage lights slowly turned on, and the prelude of "Emotional" also sounded. The audience was pleasantly surprised and quickly joined in the chorus, completing this extremely moving first singing performance with Cyndi Wang.
The strapless pink dress that debuted at the concert was the finale surprise of the Shenzhen station. Cyndi Wang appeared at the end with a new look, and sang three classic dance songs "Eyelashes", "Darcissus" and "Electric Heart" continuously. There are also non-stop choruses of "Feather", "The First Lover" and "When You".
Cyndi Wang was deeply moved by the enthusiastic atmosphere from the beginning to the end of the Shenzhen station, and even said, "Shenzhen and I are really destined."
She said: "Seven years ago, I came to Shenzhen on my first tour. Now, I am back here with my third tour. There are many fans who have watched my concert here. We don’t seem to have changed.”
2024 Cyndi Wang’s concert tour will continue in Hefei on January 20.
