Mr. Ma’s birthday attracted widespread attention and blessings from all walks of life. The 83-year-old famous playwright and "bashu ghost" Wei Minglun specially wrote a joint congratulation: "The old horse who knows the way, one hundred plus ten years, far exceeds the longevity of tea, and has been forgotten by God; the cattle are diligent in plowing, and the two nines are more diligent." Four hooves, even after the age of turtles, they still care about the world, and keep the citizens in mind." This couplet not only expresses blessings for Mr. Ma's longevity, but also praises his persistent pursuit and selfless dedication to literature.

When he turned 110, Mr. Ma also wrote a poem to celebrate his birthday: "I am proud of myself at the age of 100, and my best friend came to my home to wish me a birthday. How can I forget that we have been together through thick and thin, and our vicissitudes have gone through so much that our hair turns gray. We are both strong and mature. Xu Ruziniu, the old man comes from the road of knowing the horse. A lifetime achievement is an exaggeration, and a century-old master cannot boast of it. He dusts the dust and unrolls the old books, writes the book and says that he is still on credit. I still remember the Master’s explanation of the root cause, the explanation of the text and the interpretation of the tortoise shell.
