From January 11th to 12th, the 8th Member Congress of the Jiangsu Provincial Musicians Association was held in Ningbo. Nearly 200 music industry representatives from all over the province attended the conference. At the second meeting of all representatives, the representatives reviewed and approved the "Resolution on ", "Resolution on Modifying ", "Measures for the Composition of the Eighth Council of the Jiangsu Provincial Musicians Association" and "The Eighth Council of the Jiangsu Provincial Musicians Association". "Measures for the Election of Directors of the First Session of the Board of Directors". The 8th Council of the Jiangsu Provincial Musicians Association was elected, consisting of 63 people.
At the first meeting of the eighth council, the participating directors approved the "Measures for the Election of the Eighth Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Jiangsu Musicians Association" and the "Working Rules for the Duty Performance of the Board of Directors of the Jiangsu Musicians Association". Du Xiaosu was elected as the chairman of the eighth presidium of the Provincial Music Association, and Wang Yongmei, Xu Yuanyong, Xu Baoya, Miao Yu, Pan Lei and Zhao Tong were elected as vice presidents.
At the first meeting of the 8th Presidium, the 8th Presidium passed the "Working Rules for the Performance of Duties by Members of the Presidium of the Jiangsu Musicians Association" and the "List of Recruitment of Honorary Chairman and Consultants", and elected Zhu Changyao as the 8th Provincial Musician Association Honorary Chairman, Zhang Meilin and Fan Xiaofeng were hired as consultants for the 8th Provincial Music Association.
