In fact, music concerts that tourists accidentally "bump into" have become a regular occurrence in this blue house every week. It consists of a blue and white three-story European-style building and three domed "Blue Pavilions". The first floor is the music theme activity hall; the second floor is the Minhang District CPPCC Cultural and History Museum; the third floor is the Shanghai Scholarly CPPCC Construction Practice Base and the Liangjialiangba Library. The "Huiyin Blue House" was officially opened in June last year. Nowadays, there is an endless stream of citizens and tourists coming to read, relax and watch exhibitions. In normal times, members of the Minhang District CPPCC responded to the call of "donate one yuan a day and 365 yuan a year" and continuously donated to the "Love 365 Star Treasure Fund" under the Minhang Charity Foundation.
In order to host the concerts every Saturday, the 29 sectors of the Minhang District CPPCC have explored resources of committee members and friends with musical expertise, and happily "rolled up". For example, on September 9, the Minhang District CPPCC "Blue House Piano Rhythm" piano charity concert had a "good start" for the CCP sector. Zhou Bohan has been very musically talented since he was a child. Although he was diagnosed with autism at the age of 3, he started learning piano at the age of 8 and was admitted to the piano major of the Music Education Department of Shanghai Conservatory of Music in 2015. He has won many awards in various music competitions and has successfully performed with many well-known musicians and orchestras. On April 2, 2017, 2018 and 2019, Tencent Music produced three digital music albums for him, and all the money raised was used for music performances and education for autistic children. Since 2018, in order to bring spiritual comfort to families with mental disabilities, Zhou Bohan’s family has also launched the “Stars Meet” concert for the national mentally disabled group.
