Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly building a $100 million state-of-the-art home in Hawaii complete with a massive underground shelter.

Meta founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg is reportedly building a $100 million state-of-the-art home in Hawaii complete with a massive underground shelter.

The size of the roughly 1,400-acre estate is staggering and will include more than a dozen buildings with 30 bedrooms and 30 bathrooms, according to public documents obtained by Wired.

The mansion also includes a spacious 5,000-square-foot underground shelter that reportedly has its own source of electricity.

Eleven treehouses will be built in a wooded area and connected by rope bridges. Works on the estate are classified and if anyone reveals plans to the press, he or she will be fired immediately.

One former contractor is reported to have said: "It's like a fight club. We don't talk about fight club. People working on the project are not allowed to talk about what they are building... Different construction teams within the site are being Assigned to different projects, workers are prohibited from communicating with other construction crews about their work."

Zuckerberg's estate, known as Koolau Ranch, includes a 5,000-square-foot underground shelter that has Own food and energy supplies.
