It includes 3 sub-projects, 4 bridges and 3 tunnels.
It is understood that, as a well-known impoverished county located in the mountainous area of northern Fujian and Fujian Province, for a long time, the lagging traffic conditions have seriously restricted the economic development of Songxi County. In 2017, the builders of the fifth company of China Construction First Bureau came here to build roads on this land, build bridges when encountering water, and build infrastructure. After 5 years, the national precision poverty alleviation project built by the fifth company of China Construction First Bureau and the key livelihood project in Fujian Province - the EPC general contracting project of transportation infrastructure construction in Songxi County, Nanping City, was fully opened to traffic, and the completed "four bridges and three tunnels" ” and the railway station connecting line project to help the “small county town” set off on the road to rural revitalization and prosperity, benefiting the urban area, 2 towns, 6 townships, 109 villages, and 170,000 Songxi people.

The problem of people's travel difficulties in Songxi has been completely solved, which has greatly promoted the development of people flow, logistics, capital flow and information flow.

The project covers 109 villages, 6 townships, and 2 towns, and realizes "hardening the road when you go out and getting on the bus with your feet up". Take Changjiang Village, Hedong Township, and Qianqiao Village, Songyuan Street, for example. The two villages are only 10 kilometers apart, but they are separated by a river and two mountains. In the past, it was necessary to bypass the county town and take a mountain road, which was a 40-minute drive. The distance is shortened to 3 kilometers, and it only takes 3 minutes to reach it directly. Bridges, roads, avenues and small roads are connecting points into lines and networks are converging into a large traffic network, opening up bridges between cities, narrowing the distance between townships and connecting townships.
