Niu'ao Village appeared on CCTV's "News Network". Surrounded by mountains on three sides and facing the sea on one side, Niu'ao Village has a permanent population of about 500 people. It is a fishing village where every family raises abalone and every household has a boat.

​​Lai Shihang, member of the Party Committee of Bili Township, said that Niu'ao Wharf is the port for marine farmers in Niu'ao, Lian'ao and Jibi villages to go to sea. The party committee has set up a central village party committee and party-mass service station at Niu'ao Wharf to carry out normalized and convenient nucleic acid testing, publicity, early warning and other services.

​​In June this year, Bili Township cooperated with China Telecom to open a 5G base station in Niu'ao Village. Using 5G+ services, Niu'ao Village has used the rural revitalization service platform to realize the digitalization of grassroots governance.

Now using the service platform, you can call the villagers in the whole village with one click." Chen Yichang told reporters that with a stable Signal, the village also installed 14 AI cameras to enhance the sense of security of the masses.

Bili Township also connects all fishing boats to the Beidou Smart Township Fishing Boat Positioning System. Just open the mobile app, you can find the location of fishing boats in real time. Provide convenience for maritime rescue and epidemic prevention and control.
