Ni Mingjian, chief expert of the Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention
On the evening of October 6, the Information Office of the Autonomous Region People's Government held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control. At the meeting, Ni Mingjian, chief expert of the Autonomous Region Center for Disease Control and Prevention, answered questions from reporters.
If there is an infected person in the residential area, the residents do not need to panic too much. After transferring the infected person and the close contact, the professional disinfection team will promptly take disinfection measures for the places where the infected person has been exposed and the public areas of the community, including elevator buttons , handrails, access control call buttons, etc. A special reminder is that there is no need to carry out large-scale disinfection of the greening, roads and walls of the community to avoid unnecessary damage to the community environment. Residents of the community should take the following protective measures: First of all, residents of the community must wear masks when taking the elevator and walking on the stairs, and avoid touching the surfaces of public facilities with their hands. Before doing hand hygiene, do not touch the eyes, mouth, and nose. Secondly, the family should open windows for ventilation every day, at least 2-3 times a day for ventilation, and each time should not be less than 30 minutes. In addition, home disinfection should be based on cleaning, supplemented by disinfection. Disinfection is not necessary to use disinfectants, and physical disinfection methods such as sun exposure and heat are preferred at home. Disinfect key links and objects, such as tableware, couriers, door handles, etc. The use of disinfectants should be in accordance with the instructions, according to different disinfection objects, formulate appropriate concentrations, and carry out with appropriate disinfection methods. Personal protection should be taken during disinfection. The preparation of disinfectant should be carried out by wearing masks and gloves, and in a well-ventilated environment. The prepared disinfectant should be used as soon as possible. The places to focus on disinfection are mainly frequently used and contacted objects such as mobile phones, mice, door handles, faucets, various buttons, etc., which can be wiped and disinfected with 60-80% alcohol cotton balls or disinfectant wipes. Clothes, bedding and other fabrics generally do not need special disinfection, but they should be changed and washed frequently and dried frequently, and can be exposed to the sun for 4-6 hours. Dining utensils are generally cleaned with "cleaner + flowing water". If you are worried, boiling or using a disinfection cabinet is also a good choice. In addition, household disinfection should also avoid excessive, do not let "disinfection" become "poisoning". Excessive disinfection will not only not increase the disinfection effect, but will bring negative effects on health.
After residents go out and go home for nucleic acid testing, they should first take off their coats and hang them in a ventilated place; take off their masks and hang them in a dry and ventilated place if they need to be used again; use "soap/hand sanitizer + "Running water" to clean hands; put off shoes at the door, and wipe the uppers with disinfectant wipes; mobile phones, keys and other personal items, wipe and disinfect with 75% alcohol cotton balls or disinfection wipes. If conditions permit, you can distinguish between "contaminated areas" and "clean areas" at home, and leave the clothes and shoes returned from going out in the "contaminated areas".
