The investment is 30.5 billion yuan, and the annual planned investment is 3.51 billion yuan.

In Gulou District, 12 major projects have started construction, with a total investment of 3.1 billion yuan and an annual planned investment of 1.27 billion yuan. Among them, the Puchen Business Center project participated in the video connection activity of the centralized start-up. The total investment of the project is 500 million yuan, and it is planned to be completed and put into operation in December 2024.
