IT House September 25th news, at today's Tudum event, Netflix shared the latest news on its highly anticipated " three-body " series. Additionally, Netflix has shared a behind-the-scenes trailer showing some of the characters.
author Liu Cixin himself and English translator Liu Yukun will serve as production consultants for the film, and " Game of Thrones " screenwriters David BenioffDavid Benioff, Alexander Woo and D.B. Weiss are in charge of the series adaptation of the screenplay.
It's worth mentioning that producers David Benioff and DB Weiss have announced that the series will arrive sometime next year.
This project has an extremely luxurious cast lineup. Actors include Benedict Wang ( Doctor Strange , The Martian), Zhou Caiqin (Shang Qi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), Ai Gonzalez (Little Driver), and famous in "Game of Thrones" John Bradley and Liam Cunningham, and the first confirmed director to date is Oscar-nominated Hong Kong director Tsang Chi-wai.
In addition to the above top lineup, John Woo , Brad Pitt, Ryan Johnson (Star Wars), Pike Chunhua (Gone Lover) will serve as co-executive producers.
IT Home reported that Netflix signed the contract in 2019 for a huge sum of $200 million. Netflix will likely share more information about the three-body problem in the coming months.
