According to the forecast of the Meteorological Department: Affected by the surrounding clouds of typhoon "Plum Blossom", there will be strong rainfall and strong winds in Dalian from noon on the 14th to the 16th, and the cumulative rainfall in the city can reach 60 ~ 120 mm, of which Lushunkou The local cumulative rainfall in districts such as Jinpu New District, Changxing Island Economic Zone, Pulandian District, Wafangdian City, and Zhuanghe City can reach 150-220 mm.

Judgment and analysis by the hydrological department: Biliu River , Yingna River, Fuzhou River , Zhuang River , Huli River, Fudu River may have small floods; Dasha River , Dengsha River, Qingshui River, Suspension bridge rivers and other rivers may experience significant flooding; other medium and small rivers in the central area of ​​heavy rain may experience moderate floods. Zhuanghe City, Wafangdian City, Pulandian District, and Lushunkou District are more likely to have flash flood disasters (yellow warning); other areas may have flash flood disasters (blue warning).

1. Do not go to mountainous areas, river courses, or areas with hidden dangers of geological disasters, and beware of secondary disasters such as flash floods, landslides, and debris flows caused by heavy rainfall.

2. It is strictly forbidden to swim, fish, fish, play in the water, etc. in reservoirs and rivers. Beware of heavy rainfall that will cause the water level to rise and cause danger.

3. Don't play or stay in Binhai and Linshui scenic spots, let alone go out to sea by boat.

4. Pay attention to walking in stagnant water to prevent falling into manholes or pits and holes. Avoid contact with light poles, telephone poles and metal objects outdoors to prevent electric shock.

5. The road surface is slippery and the visibility is reduced due to heavy rainfall. Drive slowly at a low speed, keep the distance between vehicles, and pay special attention to pedestrians on the road; when encountering water on low-lying roads, do not risk wading and driving; when parking, park the vehicle in a safe place , to avoid losses.

6. Reduce outdoor activities, stay away from temporary guardrails and high-altitude buildings, and do not take shelter from wind and rain in dilapidated houses, dangerous walls, billboards, tower cranes, scaffolding, large trees or other places with high-altitude hanging objects.
