According to the Information Bureau of the Presidential Office of Kyrgyzstan, the leaders of the two countries discussed hot issues of bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, and these cooperation injected impetus into the promotion of bilateral relations to a new level.
During the talks, the President of Uzbekistan pointed out the importance of expanding the "Uzbekistan-Kyrgyzstan Development Fund", which has successfully carried out several activities through the implementation of joint projects.
Mirziyoyev expressed satisfaction with the signing of the tripartite agreement on the project of the China-Gyrgyzstan-Ukraine Railway, and is willing to actively promote the implementation of this large-scale project to bring practical benefits to all parties to the agreement.
In addition, Mirziyoyev also pointed out the importance of deepening cooperation in the Uji energy sector, including the implementation of large-scale projects, and the importance of strengthening cooperation between the two countries, especially in border areas.
He said that Uzbekistan is actively preparing for the visit to Kyrgyzstan, hoping to inject strong impetus into bilateral cooperation in various fields.
Zaparov thanked the Uzbek side for the warm reception and the creative work of the various activities under the framework of Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit .
Zaparov pointed out that Gyu-Ukraine relations are built on the premise of close historical, cultural and spiritual ties between the two countries.
"We have always appreciated and supported the friendship, solidarity and brotherhood between the two peoples, which is our common heritage. Today, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan are close neighbors, good friends and strategic partners," he said.
Zaparov pointed out that Kyrgyzstan will be committed to further strengthening political cooperation with Uzbekistan, a brother country, and comprehensively expanding bilateral trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations.
He said that Kyrgyzstan is interested in strengthening cooperation with Uzbekistan in the field of transportation, including the implementation of the China-Uzbekistan-Ukraine railway project.
The two heads of state attach great importance to the implementation of the China-Gyrgyzstan-Ukraine Railway and the construction of the Kambalagin 1 hydropower station project. They pointed out that the rapid implementation of such projects will not only contribute to the development of the two countries, but also to the development of the entire Central Asia region. At the
