Castle Peak Buries Loyal Bones

Qingshan buried his loyal bones, and mountains and rivers reminisce about their old friends. After more than half a century of waiting, the heroes who were buried in a foreign land finally returned home. On September 16th, the remains and relics of the ninth batch of martyrs of the Chinese People's Volunteers in South Korea were taken back to Shenyang, Liaoning, Liaoning by a special plane of our Air Force from South Korea, and 88 heroic spirits of the martyrs of the Chinese People's Volunteers returned to the embrace of the motherland. The motorcade loaded with the remains of the martyrs along Shenyang Qingnian Street, slowly galloped towards the cemetery of the martyrs who fought against US aggression and aided Korea. Along the way, Shenyang citizens stopped spontaneously in the torrential rain, looking forward to welcoming the hero home and paying tribute to the cutest person.

95-year-old volunteer veteran Li Shuya waiting for the martyrs to go home Li Shuya entered the DPRK to fight in 1952 and is 95 years old this year. She said, "I feel very sad. Many of my comrades in arms have died, and I have to welcome them back."

Shenyang citizen Dai Fenglin brought his granddaughter to welcome the volunteer army martyrs home. Speaking of the heroes and martyrs of to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea, he couldn't help but choked up, "I have revered heroes since I was a child, and I want to pass on this patriotic spirit, so that my children and grandchildren will always remember these heroes and martyrs."

Anti-US and Aid Korea veteran Wang Tiejun this year Already 90 years old, he stood solemnly in military uniform with a medal of merit on his chest. He said excitedly, "Comrades-in-arms, the motherland and people miss you all the time. Today, you finally return to the embrace of the motherland! Rest in peace, comrades-in-arms, rest in peace, comrades-in-arms!"

Fu Chunyi is a retired soldier for many years. Been waiting by the side of the road since 9 o'clock. He said, "Only standing here can I have no regrets in my heart. I saw that the faces of every waiting citizen were full of anticipation. It was a thousand thoughts for heroes." He also recited a song he composed on the spot. Poem: "The mountains and rivers are splendid and strong, and the heroic and loyal souls return home. The people come to greet them in the rain, and the pines and cypresses will live forever."

Yang Guanglei is a veteran. He wears the party emblem and the medal of outstanding soldiers on his chest. All will come to the Cemetery of Martyrs to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea to cherish the memory of the martyrs. "More than 70 years ago, they fought bloody battles and left their lives and blood in a foreign land. We as juniors cannot forget them. Today they are back, and we must welcome them with the highest courtesy." After more than ten years, they can finally return to their homeland after a long absence.
