When the camera crosses the mountains, crosses the ocean, and stops at the protruding sea headland at the eastern end of Fushan Bay, this is Yan'er Island Mountain Park. On the hilltop open space surrounded by shady green trees, there is a national intangible cultural heritage of mandarin ducks. The stone carvings at the place where Mantis Boxing was practiced, and a group of martial arts lovers who heard chickens and danced, added valiant and vigorous vitality to the beautiful scenery in the mountains. A few days ago, Sun Congzhai, the 87-year-old head of the Yuanyang sect, held an introductory ceremony for Haim Yavin, a 65-year-old Israeli disciple who had been studying with him for nine years.
Still insist on practicing martial arts even in the snow and ice Whether it's a light rain, snowflakes, or a gust of wind, those who devote themselves to martial arts will insist on practicing outdoors every day. Even in the snow and ice, the people who practice martial arts together will carry shovels and brooms to clean up the snow.
Haim Yavin was the only resident foreigner among the crowd practicing martial arts in Yan'er Island Mountain. At first, nearby citizens who were exercising would observe him curiously for a while, thinking that he was just on a whim to experience Chinese martial arts. Unexpectedly, Haim Yavin persisted day after day for nine years.

Practicing Chinese martial arts hard and loving traditional culture
Haim Yavin is an engineer in the water industry. When he first came to Qingdao to work ten years ago, he didn't know much about China. After gradually getting used to the environment, he wanted to find a place where he could exercise. Later, he met Sun Cong's house and his son by chance. Since then, he has become a "familiar face" of Yan'er Island Mountain Park. "Taking the time to practice Mantis Boxing is good for my body. For the past nine years, except for heavy rainstorms, I have been here at 5:30 every morning, regardless of whether Mr. Sun is here or not, I will come here to practice." Haim Yavin told reporters that learning mantis Boxing is a great experience. After coming to Qingdao, he experienced a completely different culture from his hometown, which was very interesting. For ten years, Qingdao has been his home. He has learned about Qingdao and the people here through his footsteps. Laoshan, Fushan and the sea are all places he loves.
"I have been proud to practice Tanglang Quan for the past nine years and have made great friends here. I am honored to have officially become a disciple of the Yuanyang Sect, and I will return to Israel with fond memories." Haim Yavin said , After returning to China, he will continue to practice mantis boxing. He'll be happier if someone joins in and practice with him. Maybe one day, he will open a school to practice and inherit Tanglang Boxing.
Wushu knows no borders, and strives to carry forward it. In 2014, Mandarin Duck Tanglang Boxing was awarded the representative project of national intangible cultural heritage. "Put the feet together, the seven meridians and the eight meridians return to zero, the legs are clamped, the chest and abdomen are lifted, and the body is opened to form a small cycle." Sun Richeng, the son of Sun Congzhai and the inheritor of Mandarin Duck Tanglang Boxing, told reporters. Take a deep breath and let your anger go out of your dantian. You should hold your breath. There is no need to deliberately make a sound when practicing martial arts. Most of the time, it is a taboo to make a sound. It is not like in the movie, shouting loudly to attract attention. There is no shortcut to martial arts except hard work and hard work. People who practice martial arts should integrate real kung fu into every move and style. The word "wu" actually means "stop ge". Be confident and take it easy. As long as the opponent makes a move, he can see the opponent'sThe way, you can even defeat the enemy with one move, and the shot is as fast as lightning.
"Haim has been practicing with me for nine years. He is very hardworking, and he is very serious and diligent in learning things. He insists on coming early every day, and he is sweating when he comes. He is in good health. He has been practicing with me for all these years and never catches a cold. With such a tall man and such a great age, it is very good to be able to bend down." Sun Congzhai praised.
"Haim is very hardworking and serious, and he still has a wish to go back to his homeland, Israel, to open a martial arts hall. My father is very happy, he feels that he can bring such a good Chinese martial arts essence to Israel for widespread publicity, and he also loves Haim. I was moved by the spirit of Chinese martial arts." Sun Richeng said that he originally had to follow the master to practice martial arts for 20 years, and then he became an official entry-level disciple after he became more proficient in martial arts. This time, Haim was included in the Yuanyang sect in advance as an exception. It is an encouragement to him. Wushu knows no borders. I hope he can spread the real kung fu essence of the Yuanyang sect in the future, so that more people can benefit.
